Question : 1. What is Productivity in your description? Is it a culture?
2. Does high level of Productivity contribute to the size of a country’s economy? 3. With the emphasis on Human Capital in our next 5-year government, can this plan improve our people’s productivity? Do you think this plan will meet the challenge of the culture of Indonesian people? Answer : 1. I think that productivity is how we use our resources to achieve optimal results. In terms of culture, productivity is part of culture, when that culture is present in the company it can increase productivity. 2. Not always, because we have to consider the economic context when analyzing productivity data. 3. It can happen, but must be accompanied by an increase in the amount of capital available to each worker, education and experience of the workforce and technological improvements. In my opinion, in terms of responding to the cultural challenges of the community, maybe it is not yet because in this case it requires a long process because it doesn't just happen.
