Answer: The 3 traits or qualities of a leader to be successful are the following:

1. Communication – be an effective communicator to become a great leader. A leader with

excellent communication skill can possibly inspire and encourage an individual or a group by
sharing meaningful information.
2. Honesty / integrity – this trait or quality demands truthfulness. Integrity means telling the truth.
This is the most important trait of leadership. A leader must gain the trust of his / her
subordinates for them to follow you.
3. Relationship building – building a relationship means we are connecting with others to form a
positive relationship. It is very important for getting along with other people. And for us to
understand each other.

Which do you prefer a cumulative or traditional computation? Why?

Answer: I prefer traditional computation. I guess this is more accurate for every student performance
result.
