Frequently Asked Questions.

How do I know I have completed the game?


If you have completed all the parts of the game, you will be notified by the ending screen message. Once you
see this, you do not need to do anything else. The client will reach out to the shortlisted candidates in due
time, which varies client to client.

Can I resume the game from where I left?


Yes, you will have 2 chances to resume your game from where you left off, after that you would not be able to
play the game again. It is advisable to play the game in one go. You will only be allowed to begin the game a
total of 2 times.

Game stuck/Link issue


This is an internet/device issue. We would recommend you switch the browser to incognito mode and try
again making sure you have a stable internet connection.
If problem persists then change the laptop/Computer, you are using.

Error: "time out" and "server is taking too long to respond"


Please give it some time or try refreshing your browser. If the issue persists kindly email us the screenshot of
the issue and your registered email address. Also ensure you are using the latest version of Google Chrome
with a strong internet connection.

Which ID and password I should use.


You must use the email id on which you have received the invitation email to attempt the assessment and
once you submit your email id then you must set the password by yourself to proceed further with the game.

How to reset password.


If you have forgotten your password, then you must reset your password through the "Forgot
Password" button then you will get the token email. Keep track of your junk/spam folder because sometimes
email go straight to the junk/spam folder.

How will I know that I have completed the game?


Once you complete all the elements of the game, and end screen will be shown with a "Thank You" message.
Registration
You must use you personal Email ID to get yourself registered and then set the password by yourself to
proceed further with the game. Also, kindly mention the country you are applying from.
