Capped dice/Bluestacks method

Prior to using this method, create a fake Facebook account using a fake email address. Make sure to
use an incognito tab so you don’t get suspended. You can make a fake email address using this
website.

Additionally, be prepared to spend hours doing this. It takes me about 1.5-2hr to get 1k dice. Take
plenty of breaks, bring snacks and stay hydrated! :)

1) Download Bluestacks https://www.bluestacks.com/ (I use Bluestacks 10, download directly

from the homepage). Once installed, open Bluestacks

2) Click Play on App Player – you will need to sign into your google account

3) Download messenger by typing it into the search bar at the top – this will take you to the
playstore.
4) Now that you have downloaded Monopoly Go and Messenger, your screen should look like
this:

5) Open messenger and sign into your fake Facebook account

6) Send your scope.ly link to your fake Facebook account via Messenger. Click on the link.

7) Click continue
8) Monopoly Go should open. Wait for it to load to 100%, you do NOT need to click “I agree”

9) Press the home button

10) Open settings.

11) Click “apps”

12) Scroll down and click “Monopoly GO”

13) Click storage

14) Click “Clear Storage” and then press the home button again

15) Open Bluestacks settings

16) Go to the “Phone tab” and change the phone from the drop down menu. Then press save
changes and exit the window.

17) Repeat steps 6 to 16 as many times as you like!
Using macros

Whilst using macros, remember that the Bluestacks macro cannot change the phone for you, so you
have to do it manually after every go. The other reason why I don't recommend doing multiple go
throughs with one macro is because it can mis-click very easily and if there is any lag at all it may not
follow all the steps - for example, with mine it would close the game before it loaded fully so the
account wouldn't count and I'd have to start again.

You can also use an external macro (a separate Windows programme), which would then be able to
change the phone for you so it would be fully automated and you can do multiple go throughs more
easily. I am working on instructions for this which will be added into this google doc.

1) Click “open macro manager”

2) Click “record new macro”

3) Follow steps 6 to 16 as above.

Note: you will not need to sign into Messenger every time. Just click the link and go through
the steps. When you go into settings, you will still be on the Monopoly Go settings page but
the “clear storage” option will be greyed out, so just click the back button (left arrow above
the home button) and click “Storage” again and you should be able to clear storage now. So
the steps for your macro should be as follows:

A) Open messenger
B) Click the link
C) Click “continue”
D) Wait for Monopoly Go to load
E) Click the home button
F) Click Settings
G) Click the back button
H) Click “storage”
I) Click “clear storage”
J) Click the home button again

4) Once you have completed these steps, press stop recording

5) Go into macro manager again. This time, press the play button to play the recorded macro.

6) Your macro will now execute and do all the clicks you did whilst recording.
Using instances

Instances allow you to basically do the method on multiple separate “devices” at the same time,
therefore you can do it faster! Your screen will look something like this, with two instances open side
by side:

You can run as many instances as your PC can take at the same time. However, the more instances
you are running at once, the worse the lag will be. So be prepared for longer waiting times and
crashes if your PC cannot handle it. For my low-end PC, two instances seem about right.

You can also run macros on both of the instances at the same time using the macro manager.

Note: When using instances, make sure that each of the instances is running on a different phone,
otherwise your accounts may not be counted towards your invite number.

1) To create a new instance, click the 3 dots above the Bluestacks setting icon

2) Click “Multi-Instance manager”

3) Click “Instance”

4) You will see this pop-up:

If you already have Monopoly Go and Messenger set up and logged in on your App Player, I
recommend cloning the instance as you don’t have to download the apps and log in again.
Note: make sure to stop the instance you are cloning before doing this!

5) Wait for it to load, and that’s it! Open your new instance by pressing the blue “Start” button.
Using “Sync operations”

If your PC is low end and your macros are lagging when using multiple instances, I recommend using
“Sync operations” instead of macros. This will duplicate any click that you perform on your selected
instance to the other instances, ie., if you open Messenger on Instance 1, it will also automatically
open Messenger on Instance 2.

1) Click “Sync operations”

2) Select the instances that you would like the actions to be copied onto (if you cannot see your
instances, make sure that you have started them!). Click “Start sync” when you are done
selecting.

And that’s it! Now any action performed across your original instance will be performed across your
other selected instances.
Troubleshooting

1. I keep getting a pop-up saying “Incompatible Windows settings”

Bluestacks will offer to automatically try to fix this when opening an instance. If this
doesn’t work, you can try some of their troubleshooting on this website.

Alternatively, close Bluestacks and right-click on the icon, and select “Run as
administrator”. This should fix it!

2. My macro/instances are lagging/click before the next screen loads.

This can happen due to multiple reasons, most commonly when running instances.
Your laptop simply may be lagging due to not having good enough specs for the
macro to load quickly, or your internet connection may be slow. I would recommend
to give a few seconds in-between clicks when recording a macro to counter-act this.
If you notice it is lagging more than usual, at any point during the macro executing,
you can press the pause or stop buttons highlighted, which can help a bit.

You can also change the performance settings. The settings below are recommended
when running multiple instances. Make sure to use low memory performance mode
and reduce your frame rate if you experience a lot of lag. VSync can also help.
Whilst running instances, you can also select “eco mode” to help with the lag.

You can also select it by pressing the 3 dots above the Bluestacks settings icon and
clicking here:
3. My fake Facebook account keeps getting suspended before I can use it!

Make sure you are using incognito mode on your browser both whilst using the fake
email account and whilst creating your Facebook account and confirming it. Having
said that, don’t be surprised if after a few days it gets suspended again. Mine lasted
about a week before being suspended, so I just made a new one and kept going.

4. I see the friends have been added in game, but they are not counting towards my invite
count and not giving me any dice

This can happen for a number of reasons. In the first instance, you should hard close
your game and re-open it. Sometimes it can take a few minutes for the invites to
register. If this doesn’t work, the problem is with your method.

The two problems with your method that could be causing this are:

a. Forgetting to clear the storage and change the phone after every time you load the
game. Yes, you have to do it every single time. You cannot run a macro multiple
times without stopping as you have to change the phone manually, the macro
cannot do that for you
b. Make sure your fake Facebook account is not linked to a Monopoly GO account
already. If it is linked already, create a new account and use that instead and it
should fix it

5. I get an error saying “this apk is not compatible with the version you are using”

Open Multi-Instance Manager and check what version your instance is running. It
should be running a Pie 64-bit:

If it is not, simply create a new instance and select “Pie 64-bit” as the version. You
can follow these steps:

a. Click the blue instance button in multi-instance manager:

b. Click “Fresh Instance”:

c. Select “Pie 64-bit” from the dropdown menu:

d. Select your settings (these are the ones I use for optimisation) and click the blue
“create” button

6. I get an error saying I need to enable hardware virtualisation.

This will be a problem with your Windows settings - Bluestacks has a page about how to
solve this issue here.

7. Monopoly Go is failing to load/crashes and goes back into messenger.

There is no solution for this sadly - it is just a common problem that happens sometimes,
especially when using multiple instances or a low-end PC. All you can do is just click the link
again and keep trying!
8. I am not receiving a confirmation code for the Facebook account.

Sometimes it can take a few minutes to go through - the longest it took for me was about 10
minutes. If you still don’t receive it, just try creating a Facebook account with a different
email address.
Frequently Asked Questions

1. How long does it take to do this?

For me it takes about 50 minutes for 50 invites - one per minute.

2. How many dice will I get?

This depends on how many invites you have had before. You can check that easily on the
“add friends” tab (where you get your scope.ly link from).

Here is the breakdown of rewards:

a. first 10 invites:
i. 1 invite = 20 dice
ii. 3 invites = 60 dice
iii. 6 invites = 100 dice
iv. 10 invites = 150 dice
b. every 50 invites afterwards:
i. 5 invites = 40 dice
ii. 15 invites = 90 dice
iii. 30 invites = 150 dice
iv. 50 invites = 250 dice

3. Do I use my real google account to sign in?

I did, yes, and had no problems with it as my google account is not connected to my
monopoly account. If you are not comfortable using your real account, you can easily make a
fake one - use it as a spam email account!

4. Can I do this on my phone?

No, this method requires a PC. Even a low-end PC should be able to run at least one instance
at a time.

5. Can someone else do this for me, or do I have to do it myself?

Anyone with your scope.ly link can do this for you!

6. Do you have to send a new invite link every time?

Nope, you can keep using the same link as many times as you want

7. What are macros?

Macros are basically when you record your actions on a device and then you can play the
recording, so whatever clicks you did are performed for you automatically. Ie, all you have to
click is the play button and the clicks you did on the device such as opening messenger and
opening monopoly go are just done automatically.

8. Can I record multiple macro go throughs?

Theoretically, yes, but the macro cannot change the phones for you and you have to do that
every time. You can use an external macro (a different Windows programme) which would
be able to switch the phones, then you should be able to just let it play for as long as you
want. However, note that this can be laggy and there can be multiple issues with it - if
something doesn’t load in time (e.g., the game doesn’t load to 100% or your settings don’t
open in time before the next click) it will not work. Also, messenger likes to be
temperamental and sometimes when you open it it will still be on the “open link” pop-up, or
it might reload completely, which changes the clicks you need to do so your macro won’t
work.

9. Will the macro change the phone for me?

No, you have to do it manually. You can use an external macro to do this though - working
on adding instructions to this google doc.

10. Do I need to log out of messenger every time?

No.

11. Will this cap my account? Am I still able to receive dice via Facebook links whilst doing this?

This method will not cap your account. You can still receive dice via Facebook links as
normal, unless you become capped.

12. Do I need to use a new Facebook account each time?

No, as long as the Facebook account you are using is not linked to an existing Monopoly Go
account, you can just keep reusing the same account.
