Step 2. Make the account appear inactive, Let time pass without logging into the

email address, and the first and last name associated with the account. They also
inquired about any external accounts linked to my Epic Games account. Reply as
quick as possible so it doesn’t seem like you’re struggling to retrieve the
information.

Step 5. Once you've provided the necessary information correctly, Epic Games will
ask for a new email to link to your account, simply state: New email address: (the
email you originally used for the account).

Step 6. Following that, they will send you a link to change your password and
secure your account. Simply reset the password using the provided link.

Step 7. After 1-2 hours you need to reply to the ticket with something stating you
changed the account details and logged in and you are thankful for the help,
