First Use a VPN and always create tickets for accounts in either guest or incognito

(To Pull the email of a NFA:
1. Go to https://auth.riotgames.com/login, click the lock next to the URL, and
remove all cookies.
2. Go to https://support.riotgames.com/hc/es-419
3. Login to the site and then right click anywhere and click view page source
4. Click CTRL + F and put "@" in the search box.
5. Keep clicking the down arrow until it shows an email. That is the email of the
account.
6. Every time you want to find the email of a new account, clear the cookies of the
site and repeat.)
-Once you find the email check ALL socials you can think of – If you can’t get in a
checker will make this 10x easier then having nothing
For example, you get a NFA acc 123Aimst:321Aimst and the email is
098aimst@gmail.com, you go to Gmail,
Outlook, Facebook, Instagram, PayPal or cashapp, etc. Any socials you can sign into
using email and pass combos.
(This helps find little details about the account, like Facebook can help with
birthday, location, same with insta,
PayPal is huge if you get in because you may be able to find transaction pins. But
do not use their PayPal, they will find out and then you get fucked)
Next Sign into Valorant, take a screen shot of the locker and save it to files for
later

Submitting the ticket:
1. Request to recover an account
2. Put the email you want the FA acc to be linked / associated with
3. Find the region by logging in to riot or a checker
4. Put locked / hacked account
5. Put user of acc
6. Put riot id, found by logging in to riot client and hovering top left
7. Put the email you want the FA acc to be linked / associated with again
8. Put birthdate found on socials, if you couldn’t sign in use a checker or put “I
didn’t use my real
birthdate so unsure”
9. Last time you had access to the account, check last time it played and go back
by about a week,
say you were on a trip ex: 12/24/2022 I went on family vacation and when I came
back my
password was changed
10. Who created the account, “ I did “
11. Email used to create account (the email you found above)
12. “No” you don’t have access to their email (unless you do, in which case why do
this)
13. Put the episode and act the account was created in here
14. Location found search the email on FB or a checker
15. Either put no and move on, or put a friend / sister / brother played one day,
just to use the skins
/ check the skins / etc
16. Email compromised or put unsure
17. Depends on account
18. If yes : Find oldest skin, esp one with varaitons, go to and if the amount
spent was only 10 its

It takes about 1-2 days for response sometimes, best time to submit ticket is 8am-
2pm(14:00 military time) for fastest response in my personal experience (quickest
time responded was 30 minutes) be original with your responses to have best chance
at multiple tickets working, don’t create more than one per account, and good luck
