I’ve lived in Cuautitlán for more than
13 years. I like it because it’s a pretty
town with a big park, some shops,
and many schools nearby. In my
opinion, we must change the cable
waste that are on the streets because
some people can get electrocuted,
specially children that play there. For
that we need the telephone
companies that work there to take
care and be responsible for the
cables and don’t put at risk to people
who live there.

Mr. Mauricio, also called "Atohtli" that
in nahuatl means "water hawk", has
been part of our team for 7 years.
Curiously, his nickname match well
with his passion for water system
maintainance plus the caring of
children security at water activities. He
adores the Beatles, prehispanic
dancing, nahuatl culture and chicken
milanese. One phrase that represents
him is: "In the end the love you take is
equal the love you make".

BES TS DÍA DE MUERTOS AT
INSTITUTO ITALIA

Our Institute is always enjoying Tultepec´s

traditions and its people joy during holidays.
Fireworks, colors, gastronomy and music were
the protagonists on November the 1st and
2nd. At school we celebrate this day by
decorating all views with crafts and ofrendas,
that shows our respectful and little bit wistfully
reminding of those who has passed away.
Xolotls, catrinas, calaveras de azúcar, pan de
muerto, cempasúchil...these are icons who are
in our imaginary since we are children, playing
with the sense of life and dead, with fabled
lands in orange were our relatives come over.
What a beautiful way to accept the end and
venerate our heritage!
