Elizabeth clearly knows the students in the class and encouraged students who became frustrated and checked back with those
students to be sure the support was effective. At times, the students were off task or not focused on the lesson, which could have
been prevented with more strategic questioning strategies during the whole group portion. She has attended our collaboration meetings
and shared her experiences with the group, which has been helpful for her and for the grade level.
