1. Stakeholder Communications Requirements:

Communication is required daily in the form of emails and phone calls as needed. There
will be a weekly meeting everyone is required to attend either in person or via video call.
On top of that there will be a monthly report, due the first day of every month, that
compiles statuses of current tasks. Lastly there will be a report due within three days of
completing a task that outlines how the task went if there were any problems and if so
does it affect the rest of the project. Also any updates or concerns can be given at anytime
via email in person or by phone.

report will be due on the first day of every month unless otherwise agreed upon. Any
risks that are identified will be brought up immediately if it poses a threat to the overall
project. Good communication is key, and everyone has a voice.

4. Escalation Procedures for Resolving Issues:

an email to the project manager. There will be email traffic back and forth to decide what

cannot be resolved quickly then there will be face to face conversations and getting other
members involved until resolved.

5. Revision Procedures for This Document:

To revise this document and add or take aways sections it must be brought up in the
weekly meetings. We will all hear the requested changes and decide on how to proceed
and what changes are necessary.

6. Glossary of Common Terminology:
