Executive Summary:
The meeting is about the summary status of the project in terms of the highlights of the main project, as
well as what the team expects to accomplish in the coming weeks and what the team has accomplished
in the past week. Out-sourced team members are more involved in the project and they are doing so
well. System is up and running smoothly, developers and testers are giving full support to maintain the
system. We have about 5 issues left, and our focus is on ad hoc project. Testers have started their tests.
Project Managers will be part of the project to ensure that the team is productive. Project Managers will
share the result with the Business Analysts. This will help us work within our time frame not extend time
for our project. Developers will be ready for any anomalies that might take place during testing.

Introduction:

During the two past weeks, three of our staff were in a horrible car accident. This resulted in our teams
under staffed and working overtime to have the deadline not affected by the situation. Project
managers need to ensure that the team is meeting deadlines and that the work load is not too much. The
team suggested outsourcing (out-tasking) the Snr Developer, Desktop Support Manager and Software
Developer in order to meet the deadline. This suggestion was praised by the stakeholders, as it will
provide great relief on the staffing issues while also ensuring the teams stick to the deadline. We spoke
to HR two weeks ago about out-tasking trained Desktop Support Manager and Software Developer until
we hear feedback about Peter and Jean who are still not fit to work and outsourcing the Snr Developer
who dd not survive the accident. Today HR approved our plan to hiring new Snr Developer, Desktop
Support Manager and Software Developer.
