performance, especially market cap and growth. As the CIO of your company, you
are expected to describe how your company’s board and executive committee
work together to keep the enterprise’s digital business transformation moving
forward. You should describe the business of your company and in the process,
consider the following questions:

 What characteristics of an executive committee that propel the company’s

successful digitally-enabled business transformation?
 How do the Board and CEO build an effective executive team in the area of
digital transformation in the company?
 What methods would you recommend to work best for the executive
committee and board to measure progress [in your company]?
