To develop a user-friendly Intranet Website in 6 months to allow employee registration
for company sponsored events and classes.

Control for the project
It is always good to verify projects. Project scope verification is crucial. To verify comes
four inputs to the project are necessary. These inputs are deliverables, WBS lexicon,
Project Scope Management set up and Project Scope Statement. Deliverables is crucial
inputs in comes. They’re wont to compare the project scope statement and to confirm
that the comets are correct and true. WBS lexicon provides definitions for deliverables
and for each element utilized in the project. Project scope statement describes the scope
of the project and enclosed within the scope of the project are major deliverables.
One of the main keys within the project method is to possess members participate.
Techniques and tools which will be wont to verify project scope embody sign language of
documentation of acceptance, reviewing of current work results and deliverables,
measuring, examining and testing of the comes.
A scope that's consummated on paper could be a complete project. For the comes to be
verified the deliverables must be accepted, and also the corrective actions must be
counseled.
Changing Control
The main lessons we learned is the sponsor may be changing some requirement about
the system. The sponsor would also please the problem of over cost if the whole system
were satisfied what their needed. The communication between manager and sponsor is
important to keep the project running smoothly. We were gone right in understanding
the sponsor requirement to the project output. The system we design were according to
the research we done in early. This aspect were make the sponsor please with the over
cost problem
