Homework No.3 - Second A (VV)
Homework No.3 - Second A (VV)
The passive voice, as we have seen in other articles, is formed using a form of the verb to be and a past
participle.
We use the passive to put more emphasis on the complement, and to remove it from the subject. We can
use passive when the subject is obvious, unknown, or does not matter. The liability is something more
formal than the asset and is used more in written English.
