AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN (SK) ANNUAL BUDGET OF

BARANGAY ALINGUIGAN 3RD FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2023 IN THE TOTAL AMMOUNT OF TWO
HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE THOUSAND AND FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY PESOS AND FORTY
CENTAVO (P285,530.40) AND APPROPRIATE THE NECESSARY FUNDS FOR SK ACTIVITIES AND
PROJECT PURPOSES.

SECTION 1. the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Annual Budget of BARANGAY ALINGUIGAN 3RD for the
FISCAL YEAR 2023 in the total of TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE THOUSAND AND FIVE HUNDRED
THIRTY PESOS AND FORTY CENTAVO (P285,530.40) covering various expenditures of the Sangguniang
Kabataan Government for the FY 2023 is hereby approved.

Section 4. General Provisions

Section 1. The Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson or Presiding Officer is hereby authorized to augment any Item.

Section 2. SEPARABILITY CLAUSE. If, for any reason, Any Section or Provision of this Appropriation
Ordinance is disallowed in Budget Review and declared invalid by proper Authorities, other sections or
provisions hereof that are not affected thereby shall continue to be in full force and effect.

Section 3. Effectivity. The provisions of this Appropriation Ordinance Shall Take effect on JANUARY 1,
2023.

RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN ANNUAL BARANGAY

YOUTH INVESTMENT PROGRAM (ABYIP) OF BARANGAY ALINGUIGAN 3RD, CITY OF
ILAGAN.

WHEREAS, in consultation with the Katipunan ng Kabatan (KK), the Sangguniang Kabataan
(SK) had come up of a plan aligned with the projects, programs, and activities for the youth
development and empowerment program for review and approval.

WHEREAS, through these projects, programs and activities, the ABYIP was formulated and in
accordance with the Philippine Youth Development Plan and the City of Ilagan Youth Development
Plan.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of HON. XANREI SHANE M. BULAN, SK Member, duly

seconded by HON. HENSON D. CABALONGA, SK Member, it was –

RESOLVED, as it hereby resolved to approve the Barangay Annual Investment program 2023
of the Sangguniang Kabataan of BARANGAY ALINGUIGAN 3RD, City of Ilagan, as submitted;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be forwarded to the Sangguniang

Panlunsod for their review and appropriate action.
