Title: PADAYON, The Upside of Mind
Rationale:

Mental health awareness is important to help you understand your own symptoms. You learn

that it’s okay to reach out for help. Awareness raises their ability to open up and speak. Sharing

your experiences with others gives them the opportunity to offer their support. As well, they may

speak up about their own issues. This allows you to provide support and encouragement to them.

We must always be aware of our mental health so that we can avoid things that will destroy our

lives, experiencing depression is not a joke because many people die and suffer because of this,

those who experience anxiety are the same so we must be aware of our mental health we should

always put ourselves first compared to other things, love and take care of ourselves to avoid

experiencing these feelings. Don’t pressure yourself too much, do not overthink always look for

the positive things and the most important is prayer when we feel sad and depressed just pray

and surrender all your problems to God. If you are tired just rest but don’t quit.

Padayon it means "to continue" or "keep going" this word best describes the Cebuanos spirit

of resilience and positivity. Padayon encourages everyone to persevere in their lives and to

believe that they can do something worthwhile even in the face of adversity. Mental health is an

essential topic to discuss, so we must choose our words carefully. We may not understand how

others feel when they are having a bad day, but your presence and listening ear can make that

individual feel comforted once they have someone to talk to. Many people with a mental health

disorder have more than one condition at a time. Taking care of one's mental health can help to

preserve one's ability to enjoy life. This entails balancing life activities, duties, and efforts to

create psychological resilience. Stress, despair, and anxiety can all have an impact on a person's

mental health and interrupt their routine.

We chose this program because many people are experiencing mental health awareness and

most of us do not know how to handle this kind of situation and we as students we want to give

motivation to our fellow students and teachers who are experiencing different types of mental

illness through this program, we can now more understand the different illnesses that we

experience and how we can solve or overcome this kind of situation. We Talking openly about

mental health can reduce the misconceptions and depressions and can encourage those who are

suffering to seek help and find a support. It's important for students, friends, teaches, and loved

ones to understand the impact that mental health has on daily life. Students' mental health in

school is a crucial part of the education system. Ultimately, students with positive mental health

can build relationships more effectively, make decisions, and work together. These positive

effects support the individual student and their larger community as they enter adulthood.
