    Homework

    The first step would be to build something to produce and give people
    a job, like a factory or something. Through these factories, the profit
    and products end up being invested in the neighborhood. I would try
    to attract as many infvestors as possible, to build supermarkets,
    warehouses, car services, restaurants, things that generate money.
    After I would focus on education. I would try to offer the best
    possible conditions so that children can have a very good education.
    Education is very important because educated and quality people
    bring great benefits to a neighborhood, they know how to handle any
    situation and have solutions for everything, they can raise empires.
