Reflection
The Entrepreneurship day called as business fair activity was conducted by the
grade 11 students. The said activity is for implentation of their business plan where
they have various strategies such as marketing, innovating and a lot more. Through
their strategic plan, they were able to handle the massive pressure from the different
sectors. Nevertheless, students were first taught on how to be an effective sellers in
the future. They were also taught about how to be a risk-takers and what are its good
effects in their personal vission. Through this students were practiced and molded to
be open minded and wide-awaken to the portal of the corporate world. This activity, of
course, was handed by the teachers under the entrepreneurship subject. They had
collaborated and put so much effort to ensure that the activity will be standardized as
implemented. Also, students have made effortful outcomes of the activity. They are
like a pro sellers and business workaholic people. Aside from this, the activity has
made everybody amazed and mesmerized of their overlooking and pleasing
decorations.
As I go around their venue, I was amazed of their presentation. There are
renderring services through entertainment, seeling food products, beauty products,
bazarre, and online products. No one could beleive of their marketing strategy that I
witnessed. They nailed it! They are like pro! Each section has different concepts and
strategies to catch up the attention of the buyers. They were able to interact well, they
have a hundred percent confidence and they are possessing the through essence of
the activity which are: to learn, to earn, and to serve. I have been motivated of their
possession, I want to earn! I want to have a business in the near future.
For me, as a student participating to this kind of activity helps me to be a good
entrepreneur or businesswoman someday. It will help me to be a business minded
person that aims a big profit by creating new products that has a good quality, a
product that helps to give solution to the problem of the individuals in our society and
also helps to increase the economic growth of our country; help me to plan and run a
business for the effectiveness and a profitable business; helps me to develop my skills
and knowledge in having a business; and also it helps me to be a risk taker person
were even though you are not sure if your idea or business will be successful but still
you will take a risk for that for you to know what will it brings to you and for you to gain
learnings if possible your business will not succeed and think for a better ideas,
innovations and business that will make you to be a successful person. Actually there
is no wrong of trying and risk taking because even though you fail you can actually
gain knowledge and be a better person or entrepreneur someday and you know “Try
and try until you succeed “.
The activity as a whole rendered so much impact that will forever bring us to the
fullest as we were inspired to implement business also. Everybody were enjoyed - the
students from Junior High to Senior High and also the faculty teachers. Lastly, we
should not forget that the true essence of the activity is to mold each and every student
in City High on how to be business-minded individual and how to efficiently implement
business.
