    Objective: Conduct a hazard assessment of the house as part of the community.

    Materials: camera

    bond paper

    Procedure: Conduct a hazard-hunting activity in your house. Document the said activity by
    taking pictures of the hazards that were spotted. Give the control method as to how the hazards
    can be managed.
