Points to Ponder on
1. John was the disciple who reported to Jesus that they had 'forbidden' a
non-disciple from casting out demons in Jesus' name, prompting Jesus to
state that 'he who is not against us is on our side'. Jesus sent only John and
Peter into the city to make the preparation for the final Passover meal (the
Last Supper).
2. For me there is no most important or best or greatest apostles of Jesus,
because the 12 apostles has a unique backgrounds and they are all equal
3. For me I think the statement “I will give you the keys to the kingdom of
heaven” is I will guide you to the kingdom of heaven or whatever you bind on
earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be
loosed in heaven.
