This loan agreement is signed on SEPTEMBER 13, 2021

BETWEEN

Mauricia D. Camarao hereinafter referred to as the “Borrower” with a street address of


3514 - A.C Herrera, brgy. 192 zone 17 district 2 R, Papa, Tondo Manila

AND

Shiela Marie D. Sagalon hereinafter referred to as the “Lender” with a street address of
1165 int. 18 Santos Teodoro st. Tondo Manila

TERMS AND CONDITION:

Before/on February of year 2022, the borrower, MAURICIA D. CAMARAO, promises


to pay back the Lender, Shiela Marie D. Sagalon, the amount of SIX HUNDRED
THOUSAND PESOS (P600,000) and 5% interest (P30,000).

Borrower must also pay 5% (P30,000) of the lended amount (P600,000) as monthly
interest, along with the actual amount.

Liability

Although this agreement is between the signed above, MAURICIA D. CAMARAO,


“Borrower”, and SHIELA D. SAGALON, “Lender”, JESSICA DELOS REYES
“Guarantor”, is just as liable as the “Borrower” for paying the full amount.

Should the Borrower fail to make the promised and agreed payments in
accordance to the agreement, the “Guarantor” is liable for paying the agreed
payments of the “Borrower”.

THIS AGREEMENT IS WITNESSED BY THOSE SIGNED UNDER:
