 PRIVACY POLICY

The personal data provided to the Association are processed in accordance with the provisions of d.lgs. 196/2003 “Code in
the matter of protection of personal data” and by EU Regulation 679/2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to
processing of personal data. Pursuant to art. 13 of d.lgs. 196/2003 and art. 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016:

SOURCE OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data of the members is directly and freely provided by the interested party. The provision of personal data and
contact is necessary however as it is closely linked to the management of the associative relationship.

PURPOSE OF THE DATA PROCESSING

Personal data are processed within the normal activity of the Association and according to the following purposes:
A. for which consent is not required on the basis of legal, pre-contractual or contractual obligations:
- the maintenance and management of the company books and the statutes;
- purposes related to the purpose and nature of the Association, as provided for in the statutes;
- purposes relating to obligations under laws and to provisions issued by authorities empowered to do so by law;
- establishment, exercise or defense of a right in court and out of court (legitimate interest).
B. for which the interested party has the right to express or not their consent for purposes functional to the activity of the
Association (e.g. promotion, periodic sending of electronic communications, etc.).
The legal basis of the processing is represented by the application for membership and the association contract (art. 6
comma 1 lit. b GDPR), from consent to processing (art. 6 comma 1 lit. a – art. 9 comma 2 lit. a GDPR), from regular
contacts with the Association (art. 9 comma 2 lit. d GDPR), from the legal obligations to which the Association is bound
(art. 6 comma 1 lit. c GDPR).

METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING

The processing of data means their collection, registration, organization, storage, processing, modification, deletion and
destruction, or the combination of two or more such operations. In relation to purposes, the processing of personal data
takes place through manual, IT and telematic tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and, in any case, in
order to ensure security and confidentiality. Personal data will therefore be processed lawfully and fairly, collected and
recorded for certain purposes, explicit and legitimate, accurate and, if necessary, updated, relevant, complete and not
exceeding the purposes of the processing, protected by appropriate security measures. Automated decision-making (e.g.
profiling) is not carried out. The processing will take place in Italy and the EU. Only exceptionally and residually (see
“Categories of recipients”) will it be treated at outside the European Union.

CONSERVATION PERIOD
The data will be used by the Association until the termination of the association relationship. After that date, they will be
kept for archival purposes, legal, accounting or tax obligations, or for the protection of the Association, with the exclusion
of communications to third parties and dissemination, in any case by applying the principles of proportionality and
minimisation.



CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS
The data (only that indispensable) are communicated to the persons in charge and responsible for its treatment, both those
internal to the organization of the undersigned, as well as those external, who perform specific tasks and operations in the
cases and subjects provided by law (accountant, insurer, systematist, etc.) and to all those individuals and/or legal entities,
public and/or private, when the communication is necessary or functional for the performance of the institutional activity
(trainers, local authorities, companies that are responsible for IT maintenance, course organisers, etc.). Data may be
transferred to recipients located in non-EU headquarters that have signed agreements to ensure an adequate level of
protection of personal data, or however, after checking that the recipient provides adequate protection. Where necessary or
appropriate, the subjects to whom data are transmitted for the performance of activities on behalf of the Association will
be appointed Responsible persons (external) for data processing pursuant to art. 28 GDPR.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

As a Data Subject, you are guaranteed all the rights specified in artt. 15-20 GDPR, including the right to access, rectification
and erasure of data, the right to restrict and object to processing, the right to withdraw consent to processing (without
prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent acquired before the withdrawal), as well as the right to
lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if it considers that the processing infringes the GDPR or the Italian
legislation. These rights may be exercised by written communication sent by electronic post, pec or fax, or by registered mail
at the headquarters of the Association.

information material, for the sole purpose of description and promotion of institutional activity, in compliance with the
provisions of the GDPR, of Italian legislation and the authorisations of the EU Commission and the Guarantor for the
protection of personal data.
