INGREDIENTS: INSTRUCTIONS:
2 cups water
In a medium pot, combine water, oat milk, teff, vanilla
1 cup unsweetened oat milk extract, cardamom, cinnamon and sea salt.
1 cup whole grain teff
1 tsp pure vanilla extract Bring to a boil, then immediately reduce heat to low
¼ tsp ground cardamom and simmer, covered, for 18-20 minutes, or until most
¼ tsp ground cinnamon of the liquid has been absorbed.
