Assignment on Belief

I have a dream to start my digital marketing agency. It’s my belief also and I am working on it
vigorously. I have completed my courses related to digital marketing and currently I am also
doing a job in a Eureka digital marketing agency as a digital content writer and SEO expert. In
Sha Allag, after some time I will start my own digital marketing agency. I am passionate,
dedicated and motivated person towards my goals but still I find some lacking like, I can’t do
anything with proper concentration. It’s my weakness and I am working on it. I am a proactive
person and I like creativity and innovation in my job. I’m also getting a mentor whenever I feel
stuck or want to take things to the next level.
My belief is, I can become a good transformational leader because, I strongly belief in team work
and every individual suggestion is important for me. Transformational leadership is a leadership
style that can inspire positive changes in those who follow. Transformational leaders are
generally energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate. Not only are these leaders concerned and
involved in the process, but they are also focused on helping every member of the group succeed.
The primary goals of transformational leadership are to inspire growth, promote loyalty, and
instill confidence in group members. If my beliefs were shift to other direction then as a
transformational leader I have other plans for my career growth. I also like sales job and I have
ability and capability to convince and motivate customers for a particular product of my
company. Transformational leaders not only challenge the status quo; they also
encourage creativity among followers. The leader encourages followers to explore new ways of
doing things and new opportunities to learn.
If I talk about the bigger impact if my belief were shift to different direction then as a
transformational leader I would take it positively and would something different in which I am
fascinated and enthusiastic. Transformational leaders have a clear vision that they can articulate
to followers. These leaders can also help followers experience the same passion and motivation
to fulfill these goals. I am working on my dream and with having a strong belief on my God and
then myself. It will definitely have a good impact on my professional life and also I will be able
to support my family and other people with a good heart.
