easy Blast Chiller is easy to use, and
choosing the correct blast chilling cycle is
a simple and safe operation accessible to
anyone.
This controller is extremely useful in the
kitchen, as it:
• allows the same cycle to be repeated by

early stages of the blast chilling cycle;
• saves any serious events for the purpose
of HACCP reporting;
• uses a pass-through probe to accurately
