A) soccer advantages:
Improves aerobic capacity, building strength in muscles and bones,
Increases the cognitive function of the brain.
B) disadvantages of soccer:
long-term heart problems, muscle injuries, broken bones and joints.
3. In my opinion, it can benefit people and no, the elderly are not much benefit
due to their body's capabilities is limited but for children, youth and adults up
to a certain age they are in favorable conditions to practice soccer expectation
if you have a disease that does not allow them to play as heart problems and
among other diseases.
STEP 2:
Soccer is the most played and known sport in the world for the
simple reason that it is easy to play with just one ball.
Closing sentence: soccer has its pros and cons, but there is no doubt
about the sentiments that it can transmit and unite people in a
stadium, in the street, wherever the passion is greatest when you feel
love for soccer.
