Description of Work:

Field Sales Interns (FSI) will be given a set of Data and will be required to call, take appointments and
meet the prospective clients. The clients will have to be told about the services of the company and the
benefits explained to them. The clients will have to be convinced to Onboard with the company for the
services.

TelecallingInterns (TI) will be given training on making sales calls and given a data set to make telecall in
order to generate leads for Onboarding.Telecalling Interns will be chosen from applications received,
after an interview cum demonstration. They will be paid a fixed stipend plus incentive.
Interns will be provided training and given marketing Material. They will be assigned a mentor whom they
can contact in case of any queries. Successful Training will be a pre-requisite for Internship.
What you can learn:

1.Marketing in practical world. Learn how to identify potential Clients, booking an appointment, pursuing a
lead, how to speak with Client, how to convert leads to successful sales.
2.How to prioritize leads to earn while you learn.
3.Whether you have an inclination for earning from marketing jobs- a successful career path at any age.
4.Exposure to workings of a business.
5.Development of your personality.

What you can Earn:

1.Tele-calling interns will receive a fixed stipend of Rs. 2500 per month for which they will have to work 4
hours per day ,5 days a week at an office location provided to them. They will submit daily reports on their
calls. If they generate a lead which leads to an Onboarding, they will get Rs. 200 per Onboarding.
2.Field sales interns have the following stipend and earning structure:
a. For each Sales (Onboarding) achieved by Field Sales Interns, you will get Rs. 500.
Eg. 3 Onboardings = Rs 1500
b. For 4 or more Onboardings achieved in a month by Field Sales Interns, you will get Rs.500 each OB as well
an incentive of Rs.800 per OB (maximum Bonus 3200 permonth).
Eg. 4 Onboardings= Rs. 500*4= Rs 2000, Plus Rs. 3200; Total= 5200
Eg. 5 Onboardings= Rs. 500*5=Rs 2500, Plus, Rs. 3200; Total= 5700
Eg. 10 Onboardings= Rs. 500*10=Rs 5000, Plus, Rs. 3200; Total= 8200
In two months, you can earn around Rs.8200+Rs.8200=Rs. 16,400 or more.

Certifications:

1. Certificate of Participation
Tele-calling interns will get a Certificate of Participation in pre-sales or a Certificate of Excellence depending on
a review at the end of 2 months by the concerned Office mentor.
Field Sales Interns who get a minimum of 10 completed enquiry forms per month, will get a certificate of
participation.
2. Certificate of High Performer
Tele-calling interns will get a Certificate of High Performer if the leads generated by them achieve at-least 1
onboarding/Sales per month.
Field Sales Interns who get a minimum of 10 completed enquiry forms per month, and, who achieve 1,2 or 3
Onboardings per month, will be given a Certificate of High Performer
3.Certificate of Excellence
Interns who achieve their target of 4 Sales (Onboarding) per month, will be given a Certificate of Excellence.
4. Best in the Batch
Top 10 (from all over the country) Interns who achieve the highest number of Onboardings, will be given “Best
in the Batch” certification along with a certificate of excellence.
