REPDR/23/02263: Request from Deputy re Sherin mulanjananiyil John re those who are qualified above QQI level 5,in the
health sector & should not need to repeat the QQI level 5.

Dear Deputy,

I refer to your recent Representation which was sent to the HSE for response.

I emailed the office of Deputy Browne on 13th April 2023 to seek clarification re the work location of the above person – Sherin
mulanjananiyil John and with thanks for reverting to advise that Sherin worlk location is Kerlogue Nursing home.

I can advise the Deputy that the HSE can only respond re employees of the HSE – but can also advise that the Department of
Health – who issue the work permits – have been advised of this issue and are working towards clarifications
