What is the importance of research in curriculum development?

Research expands understanding of the fundamental aspects of human development, learning, teaching, schools,
and their environmental contexts. Research points the way to the discovery of effective elements of curriculum,
instructions, and school organization.

Curriculum research gives the evidence how much curriculum program and educational institutions work out at
the level of satisfactory to the society, policy makers, teachers and staffs, even their students and their parents.
