Ang Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) ay isang sukatan ng pambansang pamahalaan upang mapabuti ang

ANG PAMAHALAANG SULTANATO


Bago dumating ang mga Muslim sa Mindanao, mayroon nang maliliit na pamayanan na tinatawag na Banwa sa Sulu. Ang
mga nayon ay pinamumunuan ng datu o raha. Noong 1450 si Abu Bakr ay naglayag mula Sumatra patungong Sulu.
Kinalaunan ay pinakasalan niya si Paramisuli, anak ni Raha Baginda. Nang mamatay si Raha Baginda, si Abu Bakr ang
humalili sa kanya bilang Raha. Sa kanyang pamumuno, nagkaisa ang mga lungsod at nabuo ang isang sultanato sa Sulu.
Ito ay isang pangkat ng mga lungsod na pinamumunuan ng isang sultan. Si Abu Bakr ang unang Sultan ng Sulu. Ang
Sultan ay ang pinakamataas na pinuno ng pamahalaan ng Sultanato. Siya ang punong tagapagpaganap, hukom,
mambabatas at pinuno ng mga mandirigma. Dahil sa saklaw ng mga tungkulin ng isang Sultan, siya ay tinutulungan ng
