Strengths
1) A great teamwork and coordination among teachers, Youth, Students and parents which made it possible and with minimum pressure

Challenges
1) Had to re-print 3 certs due to wrong spelling of students name.
2) Participating students to be seated at a pre-defined area/location to avoid searching for them in the midst of devotees.

Oppurtunities for Improvement

1) Briefing session on photograhy and way of walking/ receving scrolls( with a polite manner)/others, good to have it prior the event( a day or two) or during classes by the individual
teachers
2) Good to establish a database readliy available (with attendace details), for PIC to extract details of students fulfilling minimum requirement.
3) a tag to be given to the participating students to identify them among the devotees or sashe to be worn prior the event for easy identification
