WORK EXPERIENCE

JAN. 2017 – JUL 2022 OSP Team Lead (Central Region KSA) | STCS (Subcontractor for HUAWEI-STC-TC-MS)
Worked as OSP TL for Center Region.

 OSP Team assignments for Trouble Tickets and follow up.

 Guiding OSP Teams for field related issues via NE Tool & Built-in Diagrams.

 Supporting Field Teams with NMS U2000 (For FTTX/FTTH Huawei Network
Troubleshooting).

 Monitoring all OSP & PAT Activities in center region.

 Updating & Reporting to high level management for all ongoing issues and
sending hourly, daily, weekly and monthly basis report related to O&M and PAT
statistics (Trouble tickets and New Implementation) .

 Keep customer (STC) up to date for all ongoing issues and prioritizing customer
requirements (VIPs and other special requests etc).

AUG 2015 – DEC 2016 OSP Team Lead (Riyadh City) | Detecon Al-Saudia Company
Worked as OSP team lead to manage all FOC related O&M activities in the Riyadh
city (KSA) along providing support for district level O&M activities in the center
region well as well managing OSP PAT inspector and Technician activities and
completing special assignment tasks for our respective customer STC (Saudi
Telecom).

JAN 2014 – JUL 2015 Fiber Optic Technician & PAT inspector | Detecon Al-Saudia Company
Worked as FOC technician in O&M field for our respective customer STC (Saudi
Telecom)
Attending trouble tickets related to technical faults rectification and fixing for FOC (LDN,
transmission, junction, FTTX, GPON, FTTM & Access Network).
Looked after new OSP implementation network as field inspector.
