 Job purpose:

Responsible for business development and client management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

         Building relationship with prospective clients.


         Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages.
         Convert leads through Cold Calling / References.
         Manage sales pipeline.
         Handle corporate clients.
         Explaining about our service and quality of our unique business to the clients.
         Follow up with the clients regarding any queries.
         Creating a database of clients through enhanced outbound calls and maintaining the
database of the leads generated and make regular follow-ups with them.
         Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.

 
Skill Set:

         Excellent communication skills.


         Proactive, enthusiastic, and self-motivator.
         Effective negotiation and influencing skills.
         Proficient in MS Office.
         Good analytical skills.
