    Dear Ma’am Ma. Edwilyn Bernardo,

    Good day po. Please accept my apologies for not completing my Quiz #2 in D3R in time, Because it's the
    second day of my period and my cramps are very bad. And I apologies for not completing my Quiz #3 in
    D3R on time. because I had taken my younger brother to school and was going to arrive at the time for
    the quiz, but it had already closed , which ended up me not being able to accomplish it. Hopefully, you’ll
    be able to give me another chance to take it. I sincerely apologies and this will not happen again.
