I am in control of my thoughts and emotions and can choose to respond

in a positive way

I am in control of my thoughts and emotions, and I am the master of my destiny.

No one else can control how I feel or what I think. I choose to focus on the positive
aspects of my life, no matter what may come my way. I am capable of handling
any situation with grace, kindness, and a positive attitude.

I am grateful for the power that comes with controlling my thoughts and emotions.
By taking control of my mind, I am able to make better decisions, react in a calm
and collected manner, and achieve my goals. I am empowered to create my own
reality and live the life I want to live.

When negative thoughts or emotions arise, I remind myself that I have the power
to choose how to respond. I can choose to dwell on negativity or I can choose to
focus on the positive. I choose the latter because I know it will lead to a more
ful lling and happy life.

By taking control of my thoughts and emotions, I am able to create a positive

environment for myself and those around me. My positive energy is contagious,
and I am able to lift others up when they need it most. I know that my ability to
choose a positive response in any situation is a powerful tool, and I use it to create
a better world for myself and those around me.

I am grateful for the power that comes with controlling my thoughts and emotions.
By focusing on the positive, I am able to create the life I want to live. I am the
master of my destiny, and I choose to live a life lled with joy, love, and positivity.
