TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

This is to confirm that "Mr. Md. Khairuzzaman" is employed as a Structural and

Foundation Engineer by DSM Consultant for the Dhaka City Neighborhood Upgrading

Project (DCNUP) of the Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) from November 15th,

2021 to July 31, 2022.

He was responsible for design RCC structure like buildings, community centers, gallery

buildings, retaining wall related structures with large basements as well as steel

structures like secondary transfer station (STS) and steel building. Sheet pile installation,

RCC footings, pre-cast piles, cast in situ piles, piled mat foundations, soil excavation, I-

joist installation, and shore protection design were among his responsibilities. He

completed subproject appraisal reports (SPAR), detailed engineering design (DED), and

weekly and monthly progress reports. He presented his work at the DSCC and World

Bank meetings.

His work was defined as honest, diligent, and dedicated, and he was an important part

of his field.
