PROPOSAL WRITING

Write a business proposal based on the information given below.

Since 2011, Yummy Bubble has been a retailer of a quality bubble tea in Malaysia.
Owning 10 international brands, Yummy Bubble offers a wide variety of drinks at their
outlets such ask Milk Teas, Coffees, Smoothies, Fruit juices, Mocktails and also Natural
Teas.

However, since 2016, the company has not been making a profit as sales decreased.

As the General Manager of the company, you have been tasked to write a proposal to the
Managing Director, informing him TWO (2) strategies that can be carried out in order to
increase sales.

Elaborate on the strategies by providing reasons and explanation. The length of the proposal
should be about 350 - 500 words.
