SECTION A: CREATING AN OFFICIAL C.S.

I GOOGLE ACCOUNT

Step 1: Create a new Google account with the format of yourname.csi@gmail.com.

Step 2: Compose an email with proper email etiquette using your newly created C.S.I Google
account with the subject “Email Creation Verification” to chanhaozheng.csi@gmail.com.

Step 3: Please REFER to the next section for more information after email creation.

 SECTION B: ADDING C.S.I GMAIL SIGNATURE

Step 1: Copy the entire signature and change YOUR name, position and phone numbers
accordingly.

Step 2: Click on settings located at the top-right corner, then click on See all settings.

Step 3: Scroll down until you find Signature then click + Create new.

 Step 4: Name your signature with anything you like (e.g. C.S.I).

Step 5: Paste the signature that you copied previously into the empty space.

Step 6: Make sure you follow these settings.

Step 7: Scroll all the way down until you see Save changes. Then, click it.

Step 8: Reply to my confirmation email using your signature for checking purpose
