 All Clubs must use a generalised sign-up form that will be prepared
1 for you. DO NOT use your own sign-up forms

Ensure the booth is manned throughout the session. Booths

2 without representatives will be closed.

3 Please inform the PM/APM if your booth is closing up earlier.

Club representatives should be present at your booths during
4 the standby time. It will not reflect well on your club if you
are busy setting up while students are already in the space.
DO NOT bring your own extension. NO phone chargers are
5 permitted. Only battery-operated fairy lights are allowed.
 DO NOT litter at the venue and make sure you pack up everything when
6 you leave. Please clear up your respective booth by 6.30pm.

Please come at your respective time to set up your booth, each

7 booth must be set up before the festival starts. Booths must be set
up and ready by 11:30am.

8 It is not permissible for CnS to alter their booth location or day

As there will be no designated break time provided during the

9 event, CnS representatives will need to arrange amongst yourselves
to switch out as needed.
