R.A. 11525 Section 12

“The vaccination card shall not be considered as an additional mandatory requirement


for educational, employment, and other similar government transaction purposes.”

The Constitution, Article 2. Section 15 provides:

"The State shall protect and promote the right to health of the people and instill health
consciousness among them."… Consumers have a right to know whether the food they
purchase contains or was produced with genetically engineered material. Thus, the bill
seeks to require the labeling of food, meat, and poultry products that contains
genetically engineered material.

Article III. BILL OF RIGHTS. Section 1

“No person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law, nor
shall any person be denied the equal protection of the laws.”

Section 7. Article III ( Bill of Rights) expressly mandates:

“The right of the people to information on matters of public concern shall be recognized.
The right to information under section 7, Article III has been held by the Supreme Court
to be enforceable even without implementing legislation.”

R.A. 9851:

“Philippine Act on Crimes Against International Humanitarian Law, Genocide, and Other
Crimes Against Humanity,”

Section 4. War Crimes…(2) Torture or inhuman treatment, including biological


experiments; (3) Wilfully causing great suffering, or serious injury to body or health;
