FADE IN:

The Great Frost has ended, ice has melted and Russian
Princess Sasha is deeply affected. Sasha is accompanied by a
Russian Seaman, Frank inside the ship as they sail away from
England. Sasha was portrayed as a treacherous woman, but was
she really?

Sasha leans on the window as she observe the ocean from the
ship

FRANK: Princess Sasha, your father demands your presence at

the dinner table.

Sasha looks at Frank briefly and looks away

FRANK: Princess Sasha, I was told to not abandon you until

you agree to leave this room.

SASHA: Leave this room? Okay, I'll leave. Leaving is what I'm
really good at anyways.

Sasha stands up and walks away. Frank blocks the doorway.

FRANK: I was also told to not let you show up on the dinner
table with anger.

Sasha looks at Frank with a mix of anger and sadness in her

eyes.

SASHA: How could I not be angry? My father wants me to marry

a man I don't love, to secure our family's fortune. He
doesn't care about my happiness.

FRANK: I understand your frustration, Princess. But sometimes

we have to make sacrifices for the greater good.

SASHA: Sacrifices? Is my happiness not important? Is my life

not worth living to the fullest?

FRANK: Your happiness is important, Princess. But you are

also a member of the royal family. Your duty is to put the
needs of the kingdom before your own desires.

Sasha looks away, tears welling up in her eyes.

SASHA: I know you're right, Frank. But it's so hard to

accept. I feel like I'm being forced to live a life that's
not mine.
2.

FRANK: I know it's hard, Princess. But you are strong, and
you will get through this. And who knows, maybe you'll find
happiness in unexpected places.

Sasha nods, and wipes away her tears.

SASHA: Thank you, Frank. I needed to hear that.

FRANK: Anytime, Princess. Now, shall we head to the dinner

table? Your father is waiting.

Sasha takes a deep breath, and nods.

SASHA: Let's go.
