A solid foundation is essential for a building to last for many years. Similar to education, we

must discover a good teaching strategy to ensure that our students continue to learn

throughout their lives. However, we must draw on our understanding of the Foundation of

Education to develop a system that will work for them. The foundation of education is the

most essential and crucial component of training new teachers. The teachers or instructors

aspiring for a higher position are taught in this course to identify social and political

inequalities that should be examined and acknowledge that culture and traditions directly

impact teachers, students, families, and communities.

To effectively teach our students, teachers must be knowledgeable about these great

philosophers' various educational philosophies and viewpoints. You will be able to

comprehend the nature of learning and how it evolved to meet the needs of today's students

when you study these antiquated concepts. They claimed that the only constant thing in this

world is change. Therefore, what we formerly knew might not hold today. The educational

system today was influenced by the past theories of Piaget, Dewey, Skinner, Plato, Vygotsky,

Laird, Maslow, and others, to name a few. Their various perspectives on how people learn;

help us comprehend the variety of learners. For some of your students, a particular method

might not be appropriate.

As educators, we want to give our students our very best. We tried to make the most of

everything to get the most out of them. To do that, we must arm ourselves with the

information and techniques necessary to maximize our potential. We place high importance

on education since we know its positive effects on civic engagement and pay at work.
