Our health and well-being are influenced by the settings in which we live. By
2030, two-thirds of humanity will live in urban areas. Cities provide an
excellent opportunity for local governments to protect and promote health at
many levels.
From a university study in Barcelona stated that every city dweller has
problems with health and well-being, obesity, asthma, stress and even suicide .
Here I take the lesson that we must be prepared to live in the city for the
problems that occur in urban areas. Find good activities, friendships, and
exercise diligently
