DESCRIPTION
Epusil EP 520 is a clear, unfilled epoxy compound, low viscosity. EP 520 designated as composite material for
aviation and aerospace, impregnation, and industrial composites. EP 520 Exhibits excellent electrical and
physical properties and high chemical resistance.

1. Weigh out required amount of Epusil EP 520
2. Weigh into Epusil EP 520 30 parts of EPC 520 per 100 parts of EP 520
3. Mix thoroughly, being careful to scrape sides and bottom of container
to ensure proper blending
4. Evacuate for 5 to 10 if voidfree castings are required.
5. Pour into cavity or mold.
CURE SCHDULE
Room temperature curing is an option. Full properties will be obtained after 7 days
NOTE: The results which presents above were achieved after post curing of 3 hours @ 800 .
