Project I:

Submission of an IKS Interview

Activity:
1. Explore someone who is actively involved (or an expert) in any branch of the Indian
Knowledge System.
2. Prepare a list of ten questions to be asked to the expert.
3. Take an interview with an expert.
4. Submit this interview in MS Word File/Text format. For this purpose,
● Either record a video or an audio of the expert. It depends on the comfort level of
the interviewer and interviewee.
5. The length of an interview depends on the interaction.

ASTROLOGER:
1. Tell us about a typical day at work. How does it start? What do you do?
2. Why is an individual’s birth time so important?
3. What is a horoscope?
4. Why should I believe in astrology?

PSYCHOLOGY PROFESSOR:

1. What inspired you to take up psychology?


2. What kind of cases do you deal with frequently in today’s times?
3. How do you de-stress yourself?
4. Where do you see the field of psychology in the next ten years?
5. How important is it to visit a psychologist on finding yourself struggling in your daily
life?

BUSINESSMAN:

1. What inspired you to take up business?


2. How long have you been a part of business?
3. Where do you see your company in the next ten years?
4. What is your idea of an ethical organization?
5. How important are corporate ethics to you?
6. How do you make sure that every employee ends up following the ethics you believe
in?
7. Have you ever suffered in your career for doing what was right? Do you have any
regrets?

Objective:
Exploring and interacting with a practitioner of IKS will enable you to have conceptual
clarity and better understanding of how IKS transforms people holistically.

Submission:

It is mandatory to submit the interview in written form. Attach the video or audio of the
interview, if possible.
