Volleyball is a net sports where there are
two competing teams of six members who control the
ball with parts of their body. There are offensive and
defensive task for each player and one each team tries
to score points by grounding a ball on the other team's
court under organized rules.

The purpose of this Event is to increase the


confidence of the players with their skills. Next is to
create a friendship and connection between players
and let them understand the importance of teamwork.
And lastly, the main purpose of this event is to help
those homeless people with the remaining funds.

This tournament is a single elimination


where in the teams will be eliminated from the
competition after a single defeat while the winner will
play another game in the next round, until the final
match-up and the team who will win will be the
champion.
Venue of the Event
Participants: Grade 11 students of Golden Acres National High School – Senior High School.
(note: each section should create 1 team with a 6-10 players before joining the tournament.)

The Volleyball tournament will be held at February 13-14 (Monday-Tuesday) 2023 from
8:00 a.m to 6:00 pm

Volleyball tournament and we are writing this letter to seek permission to use the Covered Court Talon
Uno Las Pinas City for this tournament. The date for the event is February 13 to 14, 2023. From 8:00 am
to 6:00 pm. The number of people who will attend the event are estimated 200 people.
We assure you that no harm or damage will be done to the venue by any means. If done, We will be
responsible for the damage. I request you to please permit us to use the venue for the above-mentioned
date.
