LEAD AS A GLOBAL CITIZEN

WORLD SERIES WEBINAR 2.0
CHAMPIONING
GLOBAL CITIZENSHIP
Helping you to position yourself to become a global citizen and leader in the 21st
century is hard enough. Adding on the multiple shocks that the Covid-19 crisis
pandemic has inflicted on young people can feel devastating for your education and
training. With so much at stake – the inequalities and risks reducing the productive
potential of an entire generation, alongside serious impacts on young people’s
mental well-being – how are you supposed to address your concerns and aspirations
to connect, to contribute and to lead?

We can ensure that your voice is heard. The truth is the concept of Global
Citizenship is embedded in the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals
though SDG 4: Insuring Inclusive and Quality Education for All and Promote Life
Long Learning, which includes global citizenship as one of its targets. By 2030, the
international community has agreed to ensure that all learners acquire the
knowledge and skills needed to promote sustainable development, including global
citizenship.

We believe when young people are provided

with the right tools, knowledge and network,
they stand the greatest chance to champion
positive societal change.
