APPLICATION FOR RELEASE OF ARTICLES SEIZED

BY THE POLICE TO THE APPLICANTS/OWNERS
NAMEETA SINGH AND ARCHANA DIWEDI

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH: -

1. That the above captioned FIR has been registered by Noida

Sector-20 on the complaint of Applicants i.e. Ms. Nameeta Singh

and Archana Diwedi.

2. That during the investigation the Articles belonging to the

Applicants viz. two laptops make DELL belonging to Nameeta

Singh and COMPAQ belonging to Archana Diwedi have been

seized in the abovementioned case and is lying in the Malkhana of

P.S. Noida Sector-20.

3. That the investigation qua the above said articles is already

complete and the same is no more required for any further

investigation. The abovesaid articles being machinery would

 depreciate in value and would become useless piece of junk if kept

unused for a long time.

4. That the applicants requires there abovementioned articles for their

use as the applicants being a students are in a need of their

laptops for studying and research .

5. That the applicant undertakes to produce the above said articles

before this Hon’ble Court as and when directed to do so.

PRAYER

It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that the Articles of the Applicants

Viz. two laptops make DELL and COMPAQUE may kindly be released

on superdari to the applicants.

Any such further orders as deemed just and fit in the circumstances of the

case may also be passed in favor of applicant.
