REPORT OF THE LOCAL COMISSIONER

 COURT APPOINTED LC ON 29.11.2013 TO VISIT SUIT
PROPERTY.
 LC directed to secure the entire ground floor except the
kitchen which is used by the Defendant No.1.
 LC placed locks on the door.
 Telephonic intimation given to the counsel of the Plaintiff
and Defendant regarding the LCV visiting site.
 Proceedings commenced at 11:15 in presence of Plaintiff
and Defendants
 Copy of orders of inspections shown.
 Ashish Nath, son of the Defendant remained.
 LC did not object to presence of the wife of D1, his son
creating hindrance and son of D1 did not leave ground floor.
 D1 indicated kitchen he used which was the smaller one
than to the other one on the ground floor.
 Plaintiff arranged new locks, carpenter, while lock being put
in one room strong objection by D1
 Work done by LC+ Bunch of keys with registrar of the court.
