Tender Notice for Cleaning of shed floor, pits and urinals, de-silting of manholes
underground drains and open drains disposal of Industrial waste to Dumping ground, Loading of
Ferrous Scrap, Cutting of grass and shrubs and removal of cobwebs etc in the premises of Northern
Railway Diesel Shed by manual and using cleaning equipments. in the premises of Diesel Shed,
Tuglakabad and out pit at New Delhi station for two years is to be published in leading News Papers
of New Delhi and other big cities. Five copies of both English & Hindi versions each, of the tender
notice are being submitted for publication.

The Sr.DME/ Diesel, Northern Railway, Diesel Loco Shed, Tughlakabad for and on behalf of President of
India invites sealed tenders for the following work .The tender will be accepted only in the prescribed

Tender Document costing Rs.5,000/- can be collected from Room No.25, the office of The Senior DME/
Dsl.,N.Rly. Diesel Loco Shed, Tuglakabad New Delhi-110044, from 11.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs. on any
working day upto 08.11.2014 in person on production of cash receipt in favour of Sr. DFM, Northern
Railway New Delhi for purchasing tender document. The tender document can also be down loaded from
our website i.e. www.nr.indianrailways.gov.in . The cash receipt can be collected from any railway
station of Northern Railway after paying the requisite cost of tender document along with an application.
Tender document will not be sent by post

The contractor shall have similar nature of work experience. In this regard certificate from private
indusial for whom such works are executed/ being executed will not be accepted. The tenderer should
have completed in the last three financial years i.e. current year and three previous financial years at
least one similar single work for a minimum value of 35% of the advertised tender value. The total
contract amount received during the last three financial years (i.e. the current year& three previous
financial years) should be a minimum of 150% of the advertised tender value. The money deposited for
Tender Document is not refundable. The Tender Document is not transferable. For details of work

received without tender fee and earnest money shall be considered as cancelled.
