6. You ar e requested to submi t an undertakin g t hat none of your propos ed key
personnel and sub-professional staff have been blacklisted / debarre d by the NHIDCL. in
case , i t is f ound t o be contrary at a later sta ge, you will have to be requi red to replace
them immedia t ely without cl aiming any compensation for such staff.

7. You are req uired to confirm your acceptance of th is 'LOA' within 07 days fro m th e
date of i ssue of this l etter. As per condition of the contract Clause-t I of Terms of Reference
(TOR), you are required to submit the Bank Guarantee (BG) within 15 days of issue of LOA
from th e bank t oward s the Performa nce Security fo r Rs. 26,22,210 /- (Twenty six Lakh
Twenty two Thousands Tw o Hundred ten only ) (2.5 % of th e Contract Value) vali d fo r a
period as specified in the RFP. Th e Bank Guarantee (BG) shall be i n the f or mat in th e
Append ix-H (Bank Guarantee for Performance security) as given in th e RFP .

8. Upon submission of the required Performance Security, you are required to sign th e
Contract Agreemen t with NHIDCL_ Thereafter, t he servic es shall comm ence im medi ate ly
wi t hi n one month from th e date of signing of th e Consultancy Agreement and accordingly
you are req ui red to mobilize t he key personnel i nclud in g Team Leader and other field staff
as per t he Contract Provisions.

9. You are req uested to sign and return th e duplicate copy of the LOA in
acknowledgement th ereof, at the earliest .
